Spring Hobby Show and Sale - May 7th!

Our spring hobby show and sale at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds is already next Saturday from 9am to 2 pm.

What will you find there?

- Operating layouts in several scales!

- Over 200 tables of new and used scale models; Toy Trains HO, O, 027, N, S, & Z scale plus Antiques, Collectibles, Tools, Books, Videos, Toys, Buildings, Magazines, Prints, Posters, Photos and more!

- Storytime with Engineer Paul is back again this Hobby Show season! His showtimes will be at 10am and 12:30pm!

Sale admission is $6.00 for ages 8 and up! Ages 7 & under are FREE!

Railfanning with Bryant Presentation - Sunday, May 15th at 3:30

Bryant Kaden of Redwood Falls, Minnesota has been photographing trains for over 25 years, starting when he was 12 years old.

This presentation spans those years, encompassing a journey of both advancing technology and the development of his photographic skill.

You'll see interesting pictures of a variety of trains in various settings and seasons from across this time, as well as receive practical tips for improving your own photography.

Admission to this event is included with your museum admission.

Children 4 and under are always free!

Guided tours of the Museum, and our NEW Spaces

will be offered every half hour.
Coffee and donuts/cookies served.
