Give to the Max Day is Here!

Hello Friends,

Give to the Max Day is here! This year, our GiveMN fundraising is focused on preserving and displaying the history and knowledge of classic toy trains by creating a Resource Room. The room will be used for birthday parties, special events, presentations and seminars, and other small gatherings and meetings. Our fundraising goal for today is $5,000.

Funds raised would be used for:

New vinyl plank flooring to replace the worn carpet.
Removal/replacement of demo windows left by former tenant.
Relocation of entry door to better location.
Removal of closet and installation of cabinets and counter-tops.
Installation of Smart Display, wall bracket, web cam, and presentation equipment.
Creation of a library annex, where guests and museum members can review library materials and artifacts from our archives.

Night Trains Season Continues Saturday!

What is Night Trains?

Our train layouts and the museum overall are looking festive and with the recent snow it actually feels like winter! Be sure to check out this amazing winter event and share the details with your friends and family!

Hours and Admission
Every Saturday through February from 3 to 7 pm. Admission is $15 per guest, kids 4 and under are free. Tickets may be purchased in advance at: tcmrm.eventbrite.com or at the door.

Special Event Nights:

Enjoy bonus night trains on Black Friday, November 24th plus the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before Christmas and the Wednesday & Friday afterwards. (December 18th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, and 29th)

Museum Garage Sale - December 9th and 10th - we will have a garage sale going on all weekend, including during Night Trains! Get great prices on new and used merchandise.

Join Santa when he visits December 10th and 17th, get your family pictures taken with the man of the hour or get that chance to ask for that train set you've always wanted, included with admission!

Museum Hours & Rates

Monday: 10am – 3pm

Friday: 10am – 3pm

Saturday: 10am - 2pm (Regular Admissions) and 3pm - 7pm (Night Trains)

Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

Daytime Museum Admission: $10.00

Night Trains Admission: $15.00

Children 4 & under FREE!
