2016 Spring Hobby Show
 Saturday, May 7th! 
The Museum hosts a semi-annual Model Railroad Show and Hobby Sale at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds - Education Building in Saint Paul in May and September of each year.

Attractions: Operating train layouts in several scales! Over 200 tables of new and used scale models; Toy Trains in HO, O, 027, N, S, & Z scale plus Antiques, Collectibles, Tools, Books, Videos, Toys, Buildings, Magazines, Prints, Posters, Photos and more!

Admission is $6.00 for ages 8 and up! Ages 7 and under are FREE!

Saturday, May 7 from from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
 
 
Museum Soft Reopening Set for Saturday, May 14th! 
We are happy to announce that the museum will be reopening for a "Preview Season" starting Saturday, May 14th! 

Through the summer, enjoy a discounted admission rate that allows guests to enjoy our toy train layouts, kids play areas, artwork and other displays while we continue to rebuild our famous O Scale layout of the Twin Cities! 

We are also excited to feature the Granite City O-Gaugers modular layout for the first 8 weekends of operation! 

Learn about our final vision for our museum and what you can expect to see when we complete the new space! 

A formal Grand Opening is planned for this fall.

Saturday's 10:00 am to 5:00 pm 
Sunday's 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Adults: $5, during this limited time event!
Children 4 and under are always FREE!
