Has Arrived!

Dear Fellow Train Enthusiast:

The Twin City Model Railroad Museum has been a St. Paul landmark since 1934, but 2016 has been perhaps the most exciting year yet! We were thrilled to receive the "Vote of Confidence Award" from the Saint Paul Heritage Preservation Commission, an honor to our volunteers who have done so much.

We successfully completed our move to our new home this past spring and opened in April which was truly a monumental feat. Recently we began hosting our first season of Night Trains in our new home - be sure to bring your family and friends to this wonderful event running each Saturday now through the end of February! Consult our website for hours and prices.

We continue to improve the new museum facility and our current exhibits and are excited to be working with a professional museum exhibit design team to develop a concept and engineering drawings to create a world class model railroad museum right here in St. Paul! Estimates could top $500,000 for a truly outstanding museum.

Our present challenge is to generate gifts and visitor revenue for advancing all operations and to match foundation grants for which we have applied. Please climb aboard with us in sustaining and advancing the museum legacy for present and future generations of rail history buffs, model builders and toy train lovers.
