Museum Garage Sale this Weekend!

We have been sorting through our inventory at the Twin City Model Railroad Museum and are selling off excess items. There will be trains of nearly every scale, buildings, books and other items for sale at hobby show prices!

The sale will take place on August 21st from 10-5 and August 22nd from 12-4 in the Conference Room at our location. Right inside our main entrance.

No admission required to shop the sale. Excludes items for sale in our gift shop.

Fall Hobby Sale Coming Soon

Pencil in Saturday, September 18th for the next Model Railroad Show and Hobby Sale at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds - Education Building in Saint Paul.

Attractions: Operating train layouts in several scales! Over 200 tables of new and used model trains in every scale, plus antiques, collectibles, tools, books, videos, toys, buildings, magazines, artwork and more!

Four our young visitors: Engineer Paul will be doing story-time with kids at 10 am and 12:30.

Sale Admission: $6.00 for ages 8 and up! Ages 7 and under are FREE!

Hours: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Location: MN State Fairgrounds - Education Building. Enter from Snelling Avenue to Dan Patch Avenue and make your first right! Free parking all around the grounds but please follow parking signs.

Current Museum Hours & Rates

Monday: 10am – 3pm

Saturday: 10am – 5pm

Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

Museum Admission: $10.00, children 4 & under FREE! Family rates available.
